The property consists of two farms, covering 4 898 ha and 5 420 ha respectively. One farm is a well-developed cattle farm, while the other is a game farm with an upper-class lodge. The total area of 10 318 ha has game proof fencing on the borders. Each property has its own title deed and can be bought separately, but the owners prefer to sell both units together. The landscape is beautiful with typical Kalahari dunes covered with grass and thousands of camelthorn trees. The well-known Nossob River meanders through the farms. Several game species are roaming freely on the properties. These include Kudu, Eland, Giraffe, Springbuck, Waterbuck, Hartebeest, Oryx, Zebra, Blue Wildebeest, Blesbuck, Steenbok, Warthog, Jackall, Reptiles and several bird species. A 1,5 km landing strip for light aircraft has been constructed. Water, sourced from boreholes located all over the properties, is plentiful and of good quality. Electricity is provided by the national grid.
