This property, covering approximately 36 610 ha, is located 30 km to the west of Helmeringhausen along the road leading to Aus. Since it is the major tourism road connecting the tourism destinations such as Sesriem and Sossus valley with the southern tourism destinations such as Namib Rand, the Fish River Valley, Desert Horses near Aus and the coastal towns of Luderitz and Kolmanskop, it is a very convenient stopover for tourists. The main economic activities are game breeding, trophy hunting and cattle farming on a portion of the land. The property consists of 5 farms that can also be bought separately, but because of the tourism potential and magnificent scenery, it is offered as a unit. The landscape is overwhelming with huge mountains, valleys, and grass plains. A wide range of game including rhino, sable, giraffe, zebra and all other indigenous plains game of Namibia are roaming freely on the property. Leopard, cheetah, hyena and jackal are the main predators. An Upper-class lodge, hosting 40 people, has been established. Water of good quality is sourced from boreholes located all over the property with capacities of up to10m3/h. A solar system provides power to the lodge.
