Dickson's journey began in South Africa, where he embarked on his career with Pam Golding Properties (PGP) in Stellenbosch. During his tenure, Dickson skilfully established and managed a thriving rental department, overseeing rental funds and lease agreements with precision.
As his expertise continued to grow, he transitioned into the sales department during his final years with PGP. Here, he demonstrated his acumen by orchestrating numerous successful property transactions, leaving an indelible mark on the industry.
Today, Dickson Swanepoel proudly owns YellowSquare Properties, a pioneering independent contracting estate agency in Namibia. His entrepreneurial spirit has not only transformed the agency into a pillar of success but has also reshaped the real estate landscape.
In 2017, Dickson's remarkable leadership and vision were recognized as he assumed the role of President of the Association of Estate Agents of Namibia. Under his guidance, the once-dormant association was fully revitalized, emerging as a dynamic force within the industry.
As a new member of the Namibia Estate Agents Board since 2023, Dickson aims to improve the board's efficiency.
