The property covers 8 201 ha and is operated as a cattle, goat and game farm. It is located in the heart of the tourist attractions of north-western Namibia. The road from Kamanjab leading to Damaraland and Palmwag Lodge via Grootberg passes Bergvallei, while the distance to the western entrance of Etosha National Park is only 90 km. In fact, tourism is an important stream of income and three thatched roof chalets have been built for this purpose. The main farmhouse is a large 5-bedroom building complimented by beautiful gardens, walkways and a swimming pool. Other infrastructures include several carports, three sheds and five worker houses. Water is of good quality and is supplied by seven boreholes, while electricity is sourced from the national grid. Six large earth dams were constructed in the several dry riverbeds running through the property. The undulating landscape is beautiful with koppies, small mountains, dry riverbeds and open plains. The Average rainfall is approximately 300 mm per annum. The farm is partially game fenced and is further sub-divided into several inner camps with 12 drinking posts for the farm animals. Game such as giraffe, kudu, oryx, mountain zebra and springbuck are roaming freely on the property.
