The property covers 17 734 ha and is located approximately 145 km by road to the southwest of Keetmanshoop and approximately 37 km to the southwest of Goageb Village to reach the tarred road running from Keetmanshoop to Luderitz. This is a beautiful farm with vast stretches of grass plains between the mountains. The farmstead comprises the main 4-bedroom house with a swimming pool and two other residences. Four extra boreholes spread over the property are interconnected to the water reticulation system providing water to the whole farm. Electricity is sourced from a solar system. The grass cover is excellent and the dominant grass species are Lang- and Kortbeen boesmangrass and Blinkaargrass. The mountains are quite accessible and flat on top, offering excellent grazing as well. Several fodder bushes such as swartstorm, gabba bush, perdebos and lemoendoring compliment the grazing potential. Camelthorn is the dominant tree species. Border fences are all jackal proof and the farm is subdivided into 10 internal camps. Game consists of mainly kudu, springbuck, oryx and Hartmann Zebra that migrates into the property from time to time. Klipspringer and steenbuck are also present.
